Shisha Engine (ShishaTraders) is a trading automation software that executes trades based on user-defined strategies and signals. Our service is purely educational and for automation purposes only. We do NOT provide trading signals, investment advice, or financial recommendations.

2. No Financial Advice

ShishaTraders and its operators are NOT registered financial advisors, investment advisors, or broker-dealers. Nothing provided through our service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or other advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Responsibility

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for configuring your automation strategies
• You are responsible for all trading decisions and account activity
• You understand how to use TradingView and other trading platforms
• You will independently verify all automation settings before activation
• You understand the risks of automated trading
• You will not hold ShishaTraders liable for any losses

4. Live Trading Sessions

Our “Live Trading with Analysts” feature is provided SOLELY for educational purposes to demonstrate trading concepts and strategies. These sessions are NOT financial advice. Analysts are NOT providing trade recommendations. You should NOT copy trades shown in these sessions. All trading decisions remain your sole responsibility.

5. Software Automation Disclaimer

Shisha Engine automates the execution of YOUR strategies based on YOUR configurations. The software:

• Does NOT make trading decisions on its own
• Does NOT generate trading signals independently
• Only executes what YOU program it to do
• Requires YOUR active configuration and monitoring
• May experience technical issues, bugs, or delays

6. No Guarantees

We make NO guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding trading results, profitability, or performance. Past results shown in examples or testimonials do NOT guarantee future performance. Every trading strategy carries risk of loss.

7. Technical Issues

You acknowledge that software may experience bugs, downtime, connectivity issues, or other technical problems. ShishaTraders is NOT liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, broker issues, or platform malfunctions.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party platforms (TradingView, NinjaTrader, brokers, etc.). We are NOT responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. Users must comply with all third-party terms of service.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and access to your trading accounts. ShishaTraders is NOT liable for unauthorized access or losses resulting from compromised credentials.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account access with others
• Reverse engineer or modify our software
• Use our service for illegal activities
• Violate broker or exchange terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any reason at our sole discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ShishaTraders and its operators are NOT liable for any trading losses
• We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 30 days
• We provide the service “AS IS” without warranties of any kind

3-Day Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial ONLY for the Starter plan. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

No Refunds After Trial

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once you subscribe after the trial period or purchase any non-trial plan:

• NO refunds will be issued for any reason
• NO refunds for trading losses
• NO refunds for change of mind
• NO refunds for lack of profitability
• NO refunds due to user error or misconfiguration
• NO refunds for technical difficulties on the user's end

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us will result in immediate termination of your account and permanent ban from our services. We will dispute all fraudulent chargebacks.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Account information (email, username)
• Subscription and payment information (processed by third-party payment processors)
• Usage data and logs for service improvement
• Discord account information if you join our Discord

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our services
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To provide customer support
• To send service updates and important notifications
• To prevent fraud and abuse

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You use our service at your own risk regarding data security.

Trading Data

We do NOT store your broker credentials, account balances, or personal trading data. All trading activity occurs between your system, your broker, and trading platforms.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including payment processors (Whop), analytics tools, and hosting providers. These services have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will comply with applicable data protection laws.
