Prop firm discount codes for futures traders (2026)

How prop firm discount codes work, why our code SHISHA exists, the discount at each of our seven partner firms, and what to check before you buy an eval.

If you trade futures through prop firms, evaluation fees are part of the cost of trading, the same as your charting subscription. A discount code lowers that cost. It doesn't change the rules you trade under.

How prop firm discount codes work

Prop firms sell evaluations. You pay a fee, trade under the firm's rules, and if you pass, you move to a funded stage with its own payout terms.

Firms give discount codes to partners such as trading communities, educators and tool makers. When you check out with a partner's code, you pay a lower price and the firm pays that partner a commission.

A few things to know before you use any code:

  • The discount usually applies to the evaluation fee. Whether it also covers monthly renewals, resets or activation fees depends on the firm and the offer.
  • Offers change. The same code can carry a different discount next month.
  • The checkout total is what counts. If it didn't drop, the code didn't apply.

Why the code SHISHA exists

When you use SHISHA, the firm pays us a commission. You pay less, never more. Nothing is added to your order to cover our cut.

A partnership isn't a recommendation for your situation, though. Which firm fits you depends on how you trade, and that's what the questions further down are for.

Our partner firms and their discounts

These are the seven firms we partner with and the highest discount SHISHA has with each one at the time of writing.

Firm Highest discount with SHISHA
Bulenox 89% off
Phidias 80% off
Elite Trader Funding 65% off
Legends Trading 60% off
TradeDay 50% off
FundedNext Futures 47% off
Tradeify 40% off

Treat these as the top of the range. A discount may not apply to every plan or account size, and the numbers change, so check the deal page and the firm's checkout for the current offer.

How to apply a code at checkout

Every firm's checkout looks a little different, but the steps are close to the same:

  1. Pick the account type and size you want.
  2. Go to checkout and find the field for a coupon, promo or discount code.
  3. Type SHISHA exactly as written and apply it.
  4. Check that the total dropped before you enter payment details.
  5. Read the order summary. Is the price one-time or monthly? What do resets or activation cost?

If the total didn't change, the code may not cover that plan, or the offer may have moved. Check the firm's deal page on our site before you pay.

How to choose between firms

Compare discounts last. First, answer these questions for yourself.

Then check each firm's current rules on its own website. Rules change, and what the firm publishes is what you'll be held to.

Which platform do you trade on?

Start with firms that support the platform you already know, whether that's Tradovate, NinjaTrader with Rithmic or something else. An evaluation is a bad place to learn new software.

If you automate or copy trades, check that those tools connect to the same platform.

How does the drawdown work?

Drawdown decides how much room you really have, so read that part slowly. Firms define it in different ways.

Some trail the limit in real time, open profit included, so a winner that comes back can still cost you room. Some update it once a day from your closing balance. Others use a static limit that doesn't move.

Ask how open profit is treated and whether the limit ever stops trailing. The answers change how you manage a winning trade.

What account size fits your stop?

Bigger isn't automatically better. A good size is one where your normal stop, at your normal position size, uses a small part of the drawdown.

If one losing trade can take a big bite out of your allowance, the account is too small for how you trade, or your size is too big for the account.

What are the payout rules?

Passing is half the job. Before you buy, find out:

  • How many trading days you need before the first payout
  • Whether there's a consistency rule, and how it's measured
  • How often you can withdraw, and any minimum or maximum per payout
  • What the profit split is

What's allowed?

Check whether the firm allows automation, trade copiers and trading through news releases. Look for limits on contract size and trading hours too.

These rules matter more than the price. Breaking one by accident can cost you the account, discount or not.

Tools for running prop accounts

Two tools are worth knowing about once you run more than one account, or anything automated.

QuantVPS

A VPS is a remote computer, hosted in a data center, that you log into over the internet. Your platform, automation or copier keeps running on it when your own machine sleeps, restarts or drops its connection.

QuantVPS is a trading VPS, and SHISHA takes 50% off. Details are on the QuantVPS deal page.

Copymoar

Copymoar is our own trade copier, so read this knowing we built it. It mirrors trades across many accounts: you trade one, and the others you connect follow.

SHISHA takes 30% off, and the details are on the Copymoar deal page. Before you connect anything, check that your firm allows trade copiers.
